For food safety and quality, follow these instructions cooking instructions: Microwave (for a 1200W microwave): Slit film to vent. Cook on high for 2 minutes 15 seconds. Remove film, stir and recover. Cook on high an additional 1 minute. Let stand for 1 minute. Enjoy! Conventional Oven: Do not place this bowl in the oven. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove product from provided container. Transfer to an oven-safe shallow bowl, cover with foil, and place bowl in oven on center rack. Cook for 20 minutes, remove from oven and thoroughly stir, leave product uncovered and return to oven and cook for an additional 18 minutes. (38 minutes total cook time). Carefully remove the dish & let cool for 2 minutes. Enjoy! Cook thoroughly. Ovens vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Careful! Bowl can be hot after cooking!
