Where We Ship
StoresGo ships nationwide across the United States from our Lake Worth, FL facility. International shipping is not offered at this time.
Shipping Rates
Two tiers per order. There is no order minimum; orders under $35 subtotal include a $4.99 small-order fee.

Rates apply per order to every destination in the 50 United States. International shipping is not offered.
Delivery Time
- Standard transit: 5–9 business days from the time your order ships.
- Express transit: 3 business days from the time your order ships.
- Order processing days: Monday through Friday.
- Daily cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are prepared the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and US federal holidays, are prepared on the next business day.
Order Tracking
You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. You can also view every order and its tracking number from your Account → Order History.
Address Requirements
- Street address only — carriers do not deliver pantry orders to PO Boxes.
- Include an apartment or suite number if applicable.
- Verify the ZIP code is correct before placing the order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If an order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window:
- Document the damage: photos of the package and contents.
- Contact us within 48 hours: email orders@storesgo.com.
- We’ll work with the carrier to issue a refund or replacement.
