Perishable & Refrigerated Items
Fresh, frozen, and refrigerated products require special handling:
- Shipped with insulated packaging and ice packs
- Express or overnight shipping may be required

- Signature may be required upon delivery
- Schedule delivery when you'll be home to receive

Multi-Seller Orders
When you order from multiple sellers:
- Items ship separately from each seller
- You may receive multiple packages
- Shipping charges apply per seller
- Tracking numbers provided for each shipment
Shipping Restrictions

- Alcohol: Can only ship to states where permitted; adult signature required
- Aerosols: Ground shipping only

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive:
- Document the damage: Take photos of the package and contents
- Contact us within 48 hours: Report issues through your Order History or email support@storesgo.com
- Keep all packaging: May be required for carrier claims
- Resolution: We'll work with the seller and carrier to provide a refund or replacement
Address Requirements
To ensure successful delivery:
- Provide complete street address (no PO Boxes for perishables)
- Include apartment/suite number if applicable
- Verify ZIP code is correct
- Add delivery instructions for hard-to-find locations
- Ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries
