Serving Suggestions: Mexi-Mocha Coffee: Whisk together 2 tablespoons vanilla coffee creamer, 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, and a pinch each of cinnamon and cayenne pepper; add to 8 fl oz hot coffee. Vietnamese-Style Iced Coffee: Combine 8 fl oz hot coffee with 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk; cool slightly and serve over ice.
