Momofuku Sweet & Spicy Noodles combine the convenience of packaged noodles with the restaurant-level flavor that Momofuku is known for. Plus our noodles are air-dried, never fried so they’re as nutritious as they are delicious. Each order contains 5 individual packs of noodles.

Our Sweet & Spicy noodles come with a rich sauce made from mild Korean chili paste, sesame oil, and soy sauce. It creates the perfect balance of sweet and heat. If you prefer gently spicy food, this is the noodle flavor for you.

Our noodles are different from instant ramen. They have 25% fewer calories, double the protein, and zero mg of cholesterol.

Wheat Flour, Water, Sugar, Salt, Sesame Oil, Invert Sugar, Chili, Garlic, Defatted Soybeans, Wheat, Canola Oil, Chili Powder, Soybeans, Glutinous Rice, Yeast Extract, Rice, Caramel Color, Brewing Sake, Sticky Rice Vinegar, Shaoxing Wine (Rice, Wheat), Malic Acid, Glucono Delta-lactone, Barley. Contains: Wheat, Soy, Sesame.

Directions

Cooking Instructions (Sweet & Spicy Noodles): 1. Bring at least 4 cups of water to a rolling boil. 2. Add noodles and cook for 3-1/2 minutes. (Please increase cook time for softer noodles). 3. Drain water from noodles after cooking. 4. Mix sauce packet into the noodles. 5. Enjoy with your favorite toppings while warm. We like Momofuku Chili Crunch!

Store at room temperature. Avoid high temperature and direct sunlight.
