Directions: Heat wok or skillet. Add small amount of oil and ginger root. Stir fry protein (tofu, shrimp, chicken or beef), and remove from wok. Add vegetables and stir fry until crisp-tender. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Return protein to wok and heat thoroughly. Serve over hot cooked rice or crispy fried noodles.
