Ingredients

Berkshire Pork, Water, Chinese Chives, Shaoxing Wine, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt), Sesame Oil, Sugar, Ginger, Garlic, Gelatine, Salt, Spices, Carrots, Onion, Celery

Directions

Keep frozen. Do not thaw prior to cooking. For Pork Soup Dumplings, cook at home by steaming or pan-frying. Do not boil. STEAM COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring water to a rolling point, line steamer with parchment paper or cabbage. Place dumplings on a liner and steam for 12 minutes. PAN-FRIED COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan over medium-high heat. Place dumplings in a pan. Add enough water to just cover the bottom of the pan, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Remove cover and keep cooking until water evaporates and bottoms are brown, about 5 more minutes.
