Cooking instructions. Oven: Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375 degrees F Place empanadas on a baking tray. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cooked through (minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F). Serve. Microwave: place empanada on a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high until cooked through about 1 minute and 30 seconds (minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees f). Let sit for 1 minute. Serve. For food safety and best quality: cook from a frozen state. Cook thoroughly before eating. Use caution; product will be hot.
