ENRICHED WHEAT FLOUR (WHEAT, NIACIN, IRON, THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID, ENZYME), GROUND BEEF, WATER, VEGETABLE SHORTENING (VEGETABLE OIL, SOYBEAN OIL AND COTTONSEED OIL), ONION, POTATO, SALT, GREEN OLIVES, GARLIC, TOMATO SAUCE (TOMATO, CITRIC ACID AS PRESERVATIVE), SWEET GREEN PEPPER, BREAD CRUMBS (FLOUR, YEAST, VEGETABLE SHORTENING [PURE VEGETABLE OIL, SOYBEAN OIL AND COTTONSEED OIL], MILK SOLIDS, SUGAR, MALT, SALT), EGG, BLACK PEPPER, CUMIN, PAPRIKA AND OREGANO.

Directions

Cooking instructions. Oven: Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375 degrees F Place empanadas on a baking tray. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cooked through (minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F). Serve. Microwave: place empanada on a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high until cooked through about 1 minute and 30 seconds (minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees f). Let sit for 1 minute. Serve. For food safety and best quality: cook from a frozen state. Cook thoroughly before eating. Use caution; product will be hot.
