Cooking Directions: 2 OptionsUncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook.Traditional Cooking Directions: Conventional Oven1. Preheat oven to 425degF.2. Arrange on metal baking pan.3. Bake 25–28 minutes total.* Flip after 15 minutes.*Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165degF or higher before serving. Cooking Directions: 2 OptionsUncooked. Preheat oven for only about 1 minute.4. Caution: hot!
