Sushi Rolls. 1 Place gimme Sushi Nori sheet on a bamboo rolling mat. 2 Spread a layer of cooked sushi rice on gimme Sushi Nori, leaving about an inch uncovered at both edges on top and bottom. 3 Add your favorite ingredients (meat/fish, veggies, avocado, etc.) along the edge closest to you. Some favorite filling ideas: American style: Turkey, tuna and cheddar or swiss cheese. Add cucumber for an extra crunch. Veggie: Avocado, cucumber, and hummus or Tahir Korean style: Marinated beef, rice, spinach, carrots, and sliced egg omelet Using the bamboo rolling mat, carefully roll from bottom around your fillings, then seal.
