These became the most identifiable bun in the United States because of the Cantonese dim sum restaurants that serve them across the country. Our Roasted Pork Bun is a hybrid that combines a Northern-Chinese style bread with a Cantonese style filling. Sweet and savory with tender pork is sure to please fans of all ages.

Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep frozen until preparation. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.

Heating instructions: leave paper wrappers on buns for all heating methods. Stovetop: for best results. Thaw buns in refrigerator overnight. In a steamer basket, steam buns for 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. From frozen: In a steamer basket, steam buns for 14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Microwave: Thaw buns in referigerator overnight. Wrap each bun in a wet paper towel and microwave on high for 45 seconds. Let cool before enjoying. For best results, do not microwave frozen buns.
