(3) Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Stir and serve. Microwave Oven: Do not microwave in bag. Cook only one bag at a time. (1) Open sauce pouch and empty into an 8-inch square microwave-safe dish. Add frozen meal and cover. (2) Microwave on high 5 minutes; stir thoroughly and replace cover. (3) Microwave an additional 4 to 6 minutes. (4) Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand covered 2 minutes. Stir and serve.
