Let's be real — traditional teriyaki tastes terrific. That sweet-savory umami is a classic, but most teriyaki sauces on the shelf are weighed down with refined sugar, corn syrup and soy. The ones that aren't, usually lack the punch we crave.

We knew we could do better. So, we went back to our Indonesian roots and tapped the OG of sweet and umami: tamarind, coconut nectar and our signature Coco Aminos. Together with a little ginger and sesame oil, they create a harmonious balance of sweet-savory, without any refined sugar or soy!

Use our Tamarind Teriyaki just like any teriyaki sauce — as a marinade, splash or glaze - or break convention and take it for a spin on eggs, noodles and even curries! This beauty will tenderize and caramelize like your grill's new best friend.

We nearly called her "Teri-Versatility" but that didn't exactly roll off the tongue. What does is how often you'll be reaching for her: marinate proteins, brush onto skewers, toss with noodles or rice, glaze roasted veggies, stir into curries & soups, use as a dipping sauce and (obvi) drizzle over bowls and eggs.
