Ingredients

SUGAR, WATER, SOY SAUCE (WATER, SOYBEANS, WHEAT, SALT), ONION, GARLIC PUREE, SALT, CONTAINS 2% OR LESS OF SALTED SAKE (WATER, RICE, KOJI [ASPERGILLUS ORYZAE], SALT), CARAMEL COLOR, APPLE PUREE CONCENTRATE, PEAR PUREE CONCENTRATE, BLACK PEPPER, DISODIUM INOSINATE AND DISODIUM GUANYLATE, XANTHAN GUM, CITRIC ACID, GINGER PUREE (GINGER, WATER), ROASTED WHITE SESAME SEED.

Directions

Marinade: Marinate meat or seafood with the sauce for at least 30 minutes. *One jar (16.9oz) of the sauce is good for marinating 5 lbs of meat. Chicken & Salmon Glaze: Brush on sauce, to taste, while continuously flipping.
