Microwave Cooking Instructions: 1. Remove tamper band from package. 2. Microwave on high with lid on, for 3 minutes (Based on a 1200 watt microwave. Microwave ovens vary; adjustments may be necessary to cook thoroughly). 2. Let stand 2 minutes to complete cooking. 4. Carefully remove lid. Caution: Container will be extremely hot. Frozen, cooked settling may occur. Stir well before eating. Enjoy. Important: For food safety and quality, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degree F. before eating.
