Directions

Heating Instructions: Pan Fry: Spray with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Cook pork chips 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through, turning once halfway through cooking time. Grill: Grill pork chops over medium-high heat for 10 to 14 minutes or until heated through, turning once halfway through cooking. Microwave: Place pork chops in microwave-safe dish; cover with wax paper. Microwave on high for 1-1/2 minutes per chop or until heated through. (If desired, cut slits around edges of chops to prevent curling.) Time and temperature may vary depending on equipment.
