If grilling, use tongs to turn frequently. Cooking times are approximate. Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of meat to accurately ensure doneness. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F. Ovens and grills vary; adjust time as needed. Up to 1 lb: 25 to 30 minutes baking time at 350 degrees F; 10 to 15 minutes grilling at medium. 1 to 2 lb: 30 to 35 minutes baking time at 350 degrees F; 12 to 20 minutes grilling time at medium. 2 to 5 lb: 35 to 45 minutes baking time at 350 degrees F; 18 to 25 minutes grilling time at medium.
