If grilling, use tongs to turn frequently. Cooking times are approximate. Insert a meat thermometer into thickest part of meat to accurately ensure doneness. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F. Ovens and grills vary; adjust time as needed. Up to 1 lb: 50 to 65 minutes baking time at 350 degrees F; 15 to 25 minutes grilling time at medium. 1 to 2 lb: 60 to 75 minutes baking time at 350 degrees F; 20 to 30 minutes grilling time at medium. 2 to 5 lb: 70 to 85 minutes baking time at 350 degrees F; 25 to 35 minutes grilling time at medium.
