If grilling, use tongs to turn frequently. Cooking times are approximate. Insert a meat thermometer into thickest part of meat to accurately ensure doneness. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F. Ovens and grills vary; adjust time as needed. Up to 1 lb: 20 to 30 minutes baking time at 350 degrees F; 5 to 10 minutes grilling time at medium. 1 to 2 lb: 25 to 35 minutes baking time at 350 degrees F; 8 to 15 minutes grilling time at medium. 2 to 5 lb: 35 to 45 minutes baking time at 350 degrees F; 12 to 20 minutes grilling time at medium.
