Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Thawing Instructions: Thaw single layer of chicken overnight in covered container placed on bottom shelf of refrigerator; cook as desired. Cooking Instructions: Use a meat thermometer to accurately ensure doneness. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange single layer of chicken in lightly greased shallow roasting pan. Bake 25-35 minutes, if thawed (35-55 minutes, if frozen) or until 165 degrees F. For best results, turn chicken once halfway through bake time.
