Ingredients
Applewood smoked bacon (cured with water, salt, sugar, smoke flavoring, sodium phosphates, sodium nitrite; may also contain sodium ascorbate, sodium erythorbate, flavoring, potassium chloride, dextrose). Seasonings (sugar, natural bacon flavor (maltodextrin, autolyzed yeast extract, natural flavor (contains natural smoke flavor), sugar, salt), ground chilies, salt, spices, granulated garlic, granulated onion.
Directions
Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking Instructions: If frozen, thaw completely. Remove from package. For Oven: Wrap in foil and place on a roasting pan. Roast in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 34-51 minutes until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F. Open top of foil during last 5 minutes of cooking to brown. Remove from oven and let the filet stand for several minutes before slicing. Ovens vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. For Grill: Place on low flame. Grill until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F. Turn to prevent burning. Remove from grill and let the filet stand for several minutes before slicing. Grill temperatures vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
