Place frozen tenders on a microwave-safe plate. 2. Heat uncovered on high for 2 - 2.5 minutes turn over halfway through heating time. 3. Let stand for 2 - 3 minutes before serving. AIR FRYER 1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 F. 2. Place frozen tenders in single layer. 3. Bake for 7 “ 8 minutes. Open and shake fryer tray halfway through heating time. 4.
