Keep cold and cut with a sharp knife. Note: Product is raw. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. To Fry: Place sausage slices in a skillet with a little water and cover. Cook 5 minutes, medium heat. Remove cover. Increase heat and brown both sides.
