For Great Tasting Fajitas: Makes 4 servings. 1 tbsp vegetable oil; 1 medium red or green bell pepper, sliced; 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken sliced breasts, sliced into strips; 1 large onion; 1 pouch (7 oz.) Ortega Fajita Skillet Sauce; 8 Ortega Flour Soft Tortillas, warmed. Heat vegetable oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove from skillet. In same skillet, cook pepper and onion 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Return chicken to skillet and stir in Fajita Skillet Sauce. Cook until heated through. Serve in warmed tortillas with your favorite toppings.
