Ingredients

ENRICHED WHEAT FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMINE MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), CORN STARCH, SUGAR, SALT, VEGETABLE OIL (HYDROGENATED PALM OIL, FRACTIONATED PALM OIL AND/OR PALM OIL), SKIM MILK POWDER, FISH POWDER (CONTAINS ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING: COD, POLLOCK, HADDOCK, REDFISH, HALIBUT, AND/OR BLUE WHITING), SHRIMP POWDER, YEAST EXTRACT, AND LESS THAN 2% OF POTASSIUM SALT, ONION POWDER, TOMATO POWDER, GARLIC POWDER, PAPRIKA OLEORESIN (COLOR), TURMERIC (COLOR), BLACK PEPPER, PARSLEY, POTASSIUM IODATE.

Directions

Boil: Place 3 cups hot water, 1 cup hot milk and contents of packet in large saucepan. Mix well until dissolved. Heat over high heat, stirring constantly, until boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened. Makes 4 servings.
