Preparation Directions: Stovetop: 1. In medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine desired amount of vegetables and 1/2 cup water. 2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover. Simmer 6-8 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring occasionally. 3. Drain; season to taste. Microwave Oven: 1. In microwave-safe dish, combine desired amount of vegetables and 2 tablespoons water cover. 2. Microwave (high) 4-8 minutes (Microwave ovens vary; adjust cooking time accordingly) or until desired doneness, stirring halfway through. 3. Let stand 1 minute in microwave to complete cooking; Drain; season to taste. Caution: Product and container may be hot. For food safety and quality, follow the directions and cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to use. Promptly refrigerate leftovers.
