Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Microwave Oven: Cook only one bag at a time. (1) Remove bag from carton. Place frozen, unopened bag this side up, laying flat in microwave. Do not piece bag. For microwaves with a metal rack, remove rack. (2) Microwave on high 6 to 6-1/2 minutes. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate. A special vent in the bag will allow the steam to escape and a whistling sound may be heard. (3) Let stand 1 minute. Carefully handle bag at corners marked with the ovals and remove from microwave with two hands. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Hold bag over serving dish. Tear bag at notch. Pour, stir to blend, and let stand before serving. Caution: Food will be hot. Stove Top: Cook only one bag at a time. (1) Heat large non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot, about 2 minutes. Add carrots to skillet. (2) Cover and cook 12 to 14 minutes, stirring occasionally. (3) Check that food is cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Careful, It’s hot! Serve and enjoy!
