BARILLA Protein Plus pasta cooks just like traditional pasta! Simply boil 4-6 quarts of salted water, add the pasta and boil for 9-11 minutes. We love to cook our pasta for 9 minutes, but you can add 1-2 extra minutes for more tender pasta.

Ingredients

SEMOLINA (WHEAT), DURUM WHEAT FLOUR, LENTIL FLOUR, PEA PROTEIN, CHICKPEA FLOUR, BARLEY FLOUR, SPELT FLOUR, VITAMIN/MINERALS: VITAMIN B3 (NIACIN), IRON (FERROUS SULFATE), VITAMIN B1 (THIAMINE MONONITRATE), VITAMIN B2 (RIBOFLAVIN), FOLIC ACID

Directions

1. Bring 4–6 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add pasta to boiling water.

2. For authentic "al dente" pasta, boil for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil an additional 1–2 minutes.

3. Drain well and serve immediately with your favorite Barilla sauce.
