Ingredients:
- 6 JALAPEÑOS SAN MARCOS
- 1 Bacon package
- 1 Cream cheese package
- 1 Ball of chorizo
- Chopsticks
- Salt and pepper
Jalapeño Bacon with Cheese
Preparation:
- Part the chiles in half and with a spoon removes the seeds.
- Fill the jalapeños with cream cheese (Optional: if you want to give more flavor to the filling you can mix cheese with fried chorizo).
- Wrap the jalapeño with a bacon strip and ensure it with a pattillo.
- Place the chiles with the cream cheese down on a pan.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and turn the chiles until the bacon is crispy.
