Stovetop Cooking Instructions: 1) In a medium sauce pan, bring 2 cups of water and 1 tbsp of Iberia Olive Oil to a boil over medium-high heat. 2) Add 1 cup of Iberia rice & black beans, stirring constantly for 1 minute. 3) Reduce heat to low, cover tightly, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until all water is absorbed. 4) Fluff with a fork and serve. Caution: Contents will be hot.
