Stovetop: 1. In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine desired 1 cup water. 2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cover. Simmer 3-5 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring occasionally. 3. Drain, season to taste. Microwave Oven: 1. In microwave safe dish, combine desired amount of vegetables and 2 tablespoons water; cover. 2. Microwave (high) 6-8 minutes * or until desired doneness, stirring halfway through. 3. Let stand 1 minute in microwave to complete cooking. Drain; season to taste. *Directions were developed for 1100 watt and higher microwave ovens. Cooking in microwave ovens below 1100 watts will require additional proper time to reach temperature. Microwave ovens vary; adjust cooking time accordingly. For food safety and quality, follow the directions and cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to use. Promptly refrigerate leftovers. Caution: Product and container may be hot.
