To craft this lovely wine, winemakers cap and drain the juice to increase the varietal intensity and forego malolactic fermentation to maintain the wines refreshing acidity. It's then cold fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. Wine bottles come with a screw cap for easy opening without a corkscrew, and these mini bottles are shatterproof and recyclable.
