Care & Handling: To retain freshness after opening, squeeze excess air out of bag and seal tightly with a twist tie or rubber band. Store salad in refrigerator crisper when not using.

Serving Suggestions: Combine spring mix salad with roasted vegetables; wrap in a whole wheat tortilla for a meatless meal. Combine spring mix salad with cooked vegetable spirals, pesto, and lemon juice. Garnish with a poached (or fried) egg.
