Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: Bring 1/2 package (3 cups) and 1/2 cup water to boil. Cover and simmer 4 to 6 more minutes or until desired tenderness. Drain; season to taste. Note: When cooking larger amounts, add an extra 1/4 cup water and 2 minutes simmer time for each additional cup of peas. Microwave: Place 1/2 package (3 cups) and 2 tablespoons water in microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high 7 to 9 minutes, stirring once, or until desired tenderness. Drain; season to taste: Note: When cooking larger amounts, add an extra 1/4 cup water and 2 minutes simmer time for each additional cup of peas. Microwaves vary; adjust times as needed.
