Dough Ingredients: Extra Fancy Durum Flour (Durum Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Eggs, Dough Mix (Yellow Corn Flour, Vegetable Oil (Soybean Oil), Beta Carotene). Filling Ingredients: Ricotta Impastata (Pasteurized Whole Milk, Whey, Cream, Vinegar, Salt and Stabilizers), Chopped Spinach, Diced Onions, Romano Cheese (Pasteurized Sheep's Milk, Culture, Salt, Corn Starch and Cellulose), Eggs, Salt.

If purchased fresh use immediately or freeze.

Cooking directions:

Boil 3 qts. Of water. Add a pinch of salt and place ravioli in water. Cook 9 to 12 minutes or until desired tenderness. Strain in colander, add your favorite sauce & enjoy!
