Ingredients

Tapioca Starch, Dehydrated Potato Flakes, Modified Potato Starch, Pasteurized Egg Whites, Emulsifier (Mono & Diglycerides-Palm Oil), Xanthan Gum, Turmeric.

Directions

Cooking Directions 1. Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Add salt and oil, if desired. 2. Empty entire package into boiling water. 3. Cook uncovered, for 6 to 8 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached (Noodles used in soups or casseroles should not be boiled more than 8 minutes). 4. Drain and serve.

Do not freeze. Store in a cool, dry place.
