Ingredients

Tapioca Starch, Potato Flakes, Potato Starch, Pasteurized Egg White, Spices (Turmeric, Paprika).

Directions

Cooking Directions: 1. Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Add salt and oil, if desired. 2. Empty entire package into boiling water. 3. Cook uncovered, for 5 to 7 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached (Noodles used in soups or casseroles should not be boiled more than 7 minutes). 4. Drain and serve. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not freeze.
