Ingredients

Corn Flour (Precooked Corn Meal, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Mozzarella Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Rennet), Sweet Cut Corn, Tapioca Starch, Sugar, Salt.

Directions

Cooking Instructions: Place defrosted arepas on a non-stick pan, griddle, or skillet. Cook at medium/high heat for 4 to 6 minutes. Flip arepa, and repeat on other side until arepa is golden brown and cheese melts. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place a single layer of defrosted arepas on a metal baking sheet and bake for 15 to 18 minutes until arepa is golden brown and cheese melts.

Keep frozen.
