SPINACH
Conventional Cooking Instructions:
1. For 1/2 bag: Place frozen Chopped Spinach and 1/2 cup water into a 1 quart saucepan.
For full bag: Place frozen Chopped Spinach and 1/2 cup water into a 2 quart saucepan.
2. Place on high heat and bring to a rapid boil.
3. Cover and reduce heat, cook gently 4-6 minutes or until tender.
4. Drain, season to taste, and serve.
Microwave Cooking Instructions:
1. Place 2 cups frozen Chopped Spinach in covered 1 quart casserole.
2. Microwave on maximum power for 3 to 4 minutes* total. For each additional cup of Chopped Spinach add 1 1/2 minutes of cooking time.
3. Stir Chopped Spinach after first half of cooking time.
*Times may vary from one microwave oven to another.
