Cooking Directions: 1. Combine 1 cup rice and 2 cups of water in a 3 quart saucepan; 2. Bring contents to a boil; 3. Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until water is absorbed; 4. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes covered before serving. To retain vitamins, do not rinse before or after cooking. Cooking Measurement Chart: For dried rice, use 1/4 cup less water. For moisture rice use 1/4 cup more water.
