Keep frozen until ready to use. For best results, cook from frozen. Stovetop Instructions: Heat 1/2 cup water in large saucepan over high; bring to boil. Add one-half package (or desired amount) of peas to pot, then reduce heat to medium and cover pot with lid. Simmer 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and season to taste. Microwave Instructions: Add one-half package (or desired amount) peas to microwave-safe bowl; add 2 tablespoons water and cover bowl with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, then stir. Microwave on high 2-3 more minutes. Set aside 1 minute before serving; drain and season to taste (Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed). For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions: Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Refrigerate leftovers.
