Ingredients

CARROTS, SUGAR SNAP PEAS, COOKED BLACK BEANS (WATER, BLACK BEANS), SHELLED EDAMAME SOYBEANS, WATER, BUTTER (CREAM, NATURAL FLAVOR), SALT, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, WHEY POWDER, NATURAL FLAVOR.

Directions

Must cook thoroughly. See cook instructions. Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave - (Recommended): Remove pouch from carton. Place pouch, printed side up, on microwaveable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave Wattage: 1200; Time on High*: 3 - 3-1/2 min. Microwave Wattage: 1000; Time on High*: 4 - 5 min. Microwave Wattage: 700; Time on High*: 5 - 5-1/2 min. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir. * Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Product will vent while cooking; a popping sound may be heard. Stove Top: Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. Empty contents of pouch into 2-quart nonstick saucepan. Add 2 tbsp of water. Cover. Cook on medium heat for 9 - 15 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked. Break up and stir occasionally.
