1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add contents of rice packet and 1 tablespoon of Goya Olive Oil, Corn Oil or butter. Stir. 2. Boil for 1 minute, cover tightly, and reduce heat to low. Cook for 25 minutes or until water is absorbed. 3. Stir rice and serve. Makes 5 (1/2 cup) servings.
