Cooking Instructions: Microwave: Place frozen Goya Pupusa on microwave-safe dish. Microwave on half power (50%) until pupusa is heated through (internal temperature of 165 degrees F), about 3 minutes. Let sit 1 minute, serve. *Note: Add 2 minutes for each additional pupusa. Stovetop: Heat skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Lightly grease skillet with 1/2 tsp. Goya Corn Oil. Add frozen Goya Pupusas. Cook, flipping once, until crisp on both sides and heated through (internal temperature of 165 degrees F), about 6 minutes. Serve. *Note: Microwaves and stovetops vary; cook time is approximate.
