Thawing Instructions: Refrigerator: Transfer desired amount of fruit to bowl. Refrigerate, covered, until thawed, about 6-8 hours. Under Cold Water: Transfer desired amount of fruit to zip-top bag; seal. Cover with cold running water until thawed, about 5 minutes. Microwave*: Transfer desired amount of fruit to microwave-safe plate; spread evenly into single layer. Microwave on defrost setting for about 60-90 seconds, or until thawed. Some parts may cook. Use immediately. * Microwave ovens vary; defrosting time is approximate. For Food Safety and Best Quality: Keep frozen. Serve fruit partially frozen for best texture. Thaw only as much as needed at one time. Cook any leftover thawed fruit. Do not refreeze, unless cooked. Refrigerate thawed fruit in covered container; use within 2 days.
