YELLOW CORN MEAL ENRICHED WITH IRON (FERROUS FUMARATE), NIACIN, THIAMINE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID

Directions

How to Prepare the Corn Cough: 2-1/2 cups of lukewarm water. 2 cups Goya Masarepa Yellow Corn Meal. 1 teaspoon salt. In medium bowl, stir together corn meal and salt. Add lukewarm water. Stir until combined; let sit 5 minutes. Using wet hands, knead dough until smooth.

Keep in a cool, dry and clean place.
