How to Prepare the Corn Cough: 2-1/2 cups of lukewarm water. 2 cups Goya Masarepa White Corn Meal. 1 teaspoon salt. In medium bowl, stir together corn meal and salt. Add lukewarm water. Stir until combined; let sit 5 minutes. Using wet hands, knead dough until smooth.
Perfect for Arepas, Empanadas, Tamales, etc.
