It took us a while to find the perfect passion fruit for Ellenos yogurt, as our founders were committed to discovering produce with the bold taste they loved back home in Australia. And, knowing how much the seeds can enhance each spoonful of yogurt, they sought vendors willing to sell fruit with the seeds included. That search led us to a remarkable farm in Ecuador. Since the first cup in 2013, every batch of Passion Fruit Ellenos has featured ingredients from their vines (including seeds that give each bite a satisfying crunch)! Rooted in our proprietary recipe, each batch also includes fresh, rBST-free milk from a local family-run dairy, ensuring an ultra-creamy texture that melts on your tongue.
