Mole or mole sauce is a dark brown Mexican sauce or gravy made from dry chiles, nuts, spices, vegetables, chocolate, and seasonings. It takes a great deal of time to prepare and is served as chicken mole, and in beef or pork for special occasions and holidays in Mexico. SOYBEAN OIL, CRACKERS (WHEAT FLOUR, WATER, BAKING SODA), CHILE PEPPERS, SUGAR, SESAME SEEDS, PEANUTS, WHEAT BRAN, IODIZED SALT (CONTAINS POTASSIUM IODATE), LESS THAN 2% OF CARAMEL COLOR (SULFITES), FERMENTED CACAO, NATURAL FLAVOR, DISODIUM INOSINATE, DISODIUM GUANYLATE
Directions
Boil: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:1. In saucepan, add 4 parts broth (or water) to 1 part paste.2. Use low heat; stirring constantly and bring to boil. (Above 210 Degrees F)3. Keep the sauce in low heat for 4 minutes.4. Serve warm over chicken or other foods.
Refrigerate after opening. Keep in a cool and dry place.
