Microwave: Place bacon slices on paper towels on a microwave-safe dish and cover with paper towel. Cook on high to desired crispness: 1 slice: 1-1 1/2 mins, 4 slices: 2 1/2-3 1/2 mins. 8+ slices: Begin with 7-8 minutes and add additional time if needed. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 385 degrees F. Place bacon slices on a sheet pan and bake on bottom rack for 18 minutes or until desired crispness.
