CHICKEN BREAST MEAT TENDERS, WATER, SEA SAT, BREADED WITH RICE FLOUR, WATER, DEGERMED YELLOW CORN FLOUR, XANTHAN GUM, EVAPORATED CANE JUICE, SEA SALT, SOYBEAN OIL, YEAST, ASCORBIC ACID, WHOLE EGG, SPICE, GARLIC POWDER, ONION POWDER. FLASH FRIED IN SOYBEAN OIL TO SET BREADING.

Spread frozen tenders as a single even layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping tenders after 6-8 minutes. Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spread frozen tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes. Pan Saute: Heat vegetable oil (1/8inches) in skillet until hot. Fry tenders in the hot oil over medium heat 10 minutes, turning over after 5 minutes. Tenders should be golden brown on both sides Not recommended.
